All of our corn products, including corn chips and tortillas, are gluten-free. Our chips and taco shells, however, are fried right here in our kitchen. The flour tortilla used as the salad bowl is fried in the same oil (contains wheat gluten).

Except for the tortillas, everything here is safe for those with gluten intolerance. Steak, beans, rice, and vegetables made up the contents of my bowl.
